All laser measurements with one device! All-in-one measurement system dedicated to additive manufacturing.
The "Scan Field Monitor (SFM)" is a groundbreaking measurement system ideal for 3D printing systems (additive manufacturing). It acquires various data by scanning a laser on a special glass (patented). It can measure all parameters essential for operation verification before 3D printing in just about 3 seconds. All measurements, including scan speed, scan position accuracy, beam diameter, and focus shift, are achieved with a single device. 【Features】 ■ Beam diagnostics that were previously impossible, such as scan speed and beam diagnostics at various positions, are now possible. ■ By integrating applications for multiple calibration tasks into one device, cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and reduction of work time are achieved. ■ Measurements can be taken under actual operating conditions for laser sintering (laser power and inert gas atmosphere). ■ Comprehensive scanner analysis is possible with a single device. ■ A compact measurement tool with excellent practicality. 【Specifications】 ■ Wavelength: 1,000 to 1,100 nm ■ Input Power: 10 to 1,500 W ■ Beam Diameter: 50 to 500 μm ■ Maximum Power Density: 100 MW/cm² *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.
