We propose "3D moldable electromagnetic wave shields" as a solution to design challenges in electromagnetic noise countermeasures. By making the electromagnetic wave shield a seamless three-dimensional structure, it can cover noise sources without gaps, demonstrating a high shielding effect. It can handle a wide frequency range of noise, from low frequencies (kHz band) to high frequencies (GHz band). The composite material, which combines resin film and copper foil, is very lightweight, making it suitable for products with high demand for weight reduction, such as automotive equipment and drones. We can propose different resin film materials according to the application.
