Demo machine rental available, case study collection provided. No more troublesome tasks like sludge dewatering, making work easier!
The device, which demonstrates its effectiveness particularly in food-related industries such as oil and fat, meat, and prepared food factories, produces hypochlorous acid (HCLO), which has strong oxidative power, by combining a chlorine drip device with a Mecha-Cera device. When city water or well water treated with chlorine passes through the Mecha-Cera device with ferrite-based ceramic catalysts, it generates hypochlorous acid. By stirring the wastewater tank, oxidation and interfacial action of oil components occur in the wastewater, reducing the oil content and bringing the normal hexane extractable substances down to below 10%. Nitrogen and phosphorus are also removed, and sludge is reduced, eliminating the cumbersome tasks of conventional coagulation and sludge dewatering, thus simplifying the work process. Since it can be integrated into existing wastewater and pollution control facilities, significant cost reductions are possible. **Features** - Generates hypochlorous acid (HCLO) with strong oxidative power - Reduces normal hexane extractable substances to below 10% - Removes nitrogen and phosphorus, and reduces sludge - Eliminates cumbersome tasks, simplifying work processes - Easily integrates into existing wastewater and pollution control facilities *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

SGM Corporation's main business, the "Mecasera System," was developed in 1983 through joint research with Tohoku University. The core technology of this system is the superoxide ion generation method, aimed at water quality purification treatment of waste oil and similar substances, as well as deodorization, water quality purification, and sludge reduction of sewage and domestic wastewater in agricultural communities and sewage systems. The water purification quality is remarkably stable and low-cost, requiring no modifications to existing equipment, and it can be used semi-permanently as a highly reliable and robust product. Since its launch over 30 years ago, it has numerous achievements, including local governments (agricultural communities), major companies in Japan, and various foreign countries.
