The "3D Printer Gas Venting Insert" is completed as a high-performance insert with a coarse and dense structure effective for molding processes, achieved through layered processing with altered laser conditions. By designing the injection molding die to enable rapid gas-resin replacement, it is possible to innovatively improve the QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) of the molding process.
