By using materials that excel in dimensional stability and mechanical strength, as well as those that possess excellent sliding properties and non-stick characteristics, we can create components with good sliding performance. For example, in a case where side dishes in plastic containers did not slide properly on the side dish inspection line's star wheel conveyor, we manufactured and delivered components with the same dimensions as the existing wheel, circular table, and guide plate.
