Shorten the rotor shaft length by 20 mm, enhance mechanical properties such as torsional rigidity and bending rigidity, and achieve a maximum rotational speed of 30,000 RPM.
A new torque sensor that achieves both high rotation speed and high rigidity required for measuring electrified powertrains. Rated torque options are available at 200Nm, 500Nm, and 1kNm. The rotor shaft length is shortened by 20mm compared to the conventional model, now at 54mm, with a torsional rigidity of 355kNm and a bending rigidity of 161Nm (rated at 200Nm), achieving a maximum rotation speed of 30,000 rpm. Data communication between the rotor and stator is highly resistant to electromagnetic noise due to ATESTEO's proprietary infrared transmission, making it suitable for electric powertrain test benches. It allows for high-precision torque measurement of 0.05% and speed measurement using an optical speed encoder.
