Bekart's hard steel wire spring wire is classified into the following two grades: 1. Piano Wire: This grade is particularly suitable for precision springs and springs used in applications subjected to high stress. 2. Mechanical Spring Wire: This grade is suitable for all general-purpose springs. ★☆Oil Tempered Wire☆★ Oil tempered wire is used in applications that require high fatigue properties, such as suspensions, dynamic applications, and those requiring significant temperature resistance. After being drawn to the product diameter, heat treatment is performed to achieve the necessary mechanical properties. By heating and tempering, it is possible to obtain more unique material properties compared to simple cold drawing. Bekart's oil tempered wire for springs is classified into the following two grades: 1. Carbon Steel Wire 2.
