This document is a collection of product examples of "laminated cores" processed by Iijima Seiki. By sandwiching multiple stacked blank materials with thicker steel, we reduced machining vibrations during processing with liquid injection. The materials processed include the 35A400 motor core (φ110 × 0.2mm) and the SUS304 irregular hole motor core (φ110 × 0.2mm), which has irregularly shaped holes arranged according to the desired magnet shape specified by the customer. Many examples are introduced with photographs.
