Motor core made by press processing
This is a non-standard shaped hole motor core (φ110×0.2mm). The material is 20A, and it is primarily used as a vehicle component. This core is processed using our specialty burr-free precision pressing technique with a total knockout mold, significantly reducing burrs. Additionally, the flatness is finished beautifully, making it a precision pressed product. Furthermore, this core features non-standard hole processing, with hole punches arranged according to the shape of the magnet requested by the customer. Our company is capable of sourcing a variety of materials, not only standard iron and SUS but also from amorphous products to special alloys, and we provide one-stop support from prototype processing to mass production of custom motor cores and resolvers.
