Motor core made by press processing
This is a stator core (φ250×0.2mm). The material is 20A1500, and it is a product used for vehicles. This stator core is relatively large at φ250mm, and if processed by wire cutting, it would incur enormous costs in terms of both time and money. Therefore, our company manufactured it by creating a prototype mold and performing punching through press processing. Due to the narrowness and high number of teeth, high precision in the processing and assembly of the press mold components is required. However, at our custom shim manufacturing center, we were able to produce a clean finish with almost no burrs using precision press processing with molds that have good assembly accuracy. Our company is capable of sourcing a variety of materials, not only common iron and SUS but also from amorphous products to special alloys, and we provide one-stop support from prototype processing to mass production of custom motor cores and stator cores.
