Motor core by wire cutting
This is a motor core for vehicles. The material is SECC, and it has been processed using wire cutting. This motor core is a prototype cut piece for confirming the shape. Normally, motor cores are processed using electromagnetic steel sheets such as 20A1500, but this time, there was a request from the customer to quickly touch and verify the shape. Therefore, we have manufactured it using wire cutting with SECC material to ensure a short delivery time. Our company is capable of sourcing a variety of materials, not only standard iron and SUS but also from amorphous products to special alloys, and we provide one-stop support from prototype processing to mass production of custom motor cores.
