This is a stator core (φ300×0.25mm). The material is 25A, and it is a product used for power transmission devices. This stator core is quite large, with a size of φ3000mm, and using wire cutting would incur enormous costs in terms of both time and money. Therefore, our company manufactured it by creating a prototype mold and performing punching through press processing. While the size is large, the precision is similar to that of other parts, making it a product that requires high processing and assembly precision of the press mold components. However, at our custom shim manufacturing center, we were able to produce it with a beautiful finish and almost no burrs through burr-free precision press processing using molds with good assembly precision.
