By individually adjusting the brightness and turning ON/OFF the four lights from the front, back, left, and right, the tip of the blade can be captured clearly and distinctly. The distance between the blades of the blade types can be measured with high precision. 【Suction mechanism】 A suction table is mounted on the top surface of the stage, which suppresses warping (curling) during measurement and improves measurement accuracy.
