Square shim by wire cutting
This is a square shim for semiconductor manufacturing equipment. The material is SUS304, and the holes and outer circumference of the shim were produced in one cut. Since this square shim is made from a material that is 0.1mm thick, we eliminated any wobbling during processing fluid injection by sandwiching it between thicker steel materials. Additionally, the small diameter holes within the shim were processed using a coreless method, gradually widening the radius of the circle from the center.
