Square shim by wire cutting
This is a square shim for semiconductor manufacturing equipment. The material is SUS304, and the holes and outer circumference of the shim were produced in one cut. This square shim is made from a thin material of 0.2mm, and by sandwiching it between thicker steel plates, we eliminated any wobble during the processing fluid injection. Additionally, while the diameter of the small holes inside the shim and the outer edge vertices are the same, there were products with different hole positions, which we processed to meet the customer's specific requirements.
