Square shim by wire cutting
This is a claw clamp component. The material is SUS304, and it is used for FA (Factory Automation) equipment. This component was processed by sandwiching multiple stacked blank materials with thicker steel, reducing vibration during processing with liquid injection. Additionally, after cutting out the clamp shape in one go, the outer circumference, including the slit, was also processed in one cut.
