We would like to introduce our "Material Recycling" process. We collect process losses generated from various manufacturing plants, sort waste plastics, and remove foreign substances. The materials are classified by resin type. The sorted vinyl is crushed and cleaned to remove residues and dirt, then dehydrated and dried to a moisture content of less than 1%. The resin is melted in a pelletizer and processed into recycled resin pellets. The recycled resin pellets are transformed into new plastic products (such as pallets). 【FLOW】 1.
