This is a wave washer. The material is SUS304, and it is used as a component for FA (Factory Automation) equipment. This washer was processed by sandwiching multiple stacked blank materials with thicker steel, reducing vibration during processing with liquid injection while machining the inner and outer diameters in one cut. Additionally, this product undergoes press bending processing at the delivery destination and is ultimately finished into a wave shape.
