"Si-P-015" is a silicon powder for the negative electrode of lithium-ion batteries, which is produced by washing, drying, crushing, and classifying Si sludge discharged from the silicon wafer cutting process. Since it is a cutting product of high-purity silicon wafers, the impurity concentration is originally extremely low. Although there is some contamination from metal impurities during the cutting process, the Si purity level is above 4N (excluding C/O).
