We combine domestically produced cedar that harmonizes with the Japanese landscape and a highly corrosion-resistant steel frame in the factory, panelizing it for transport to the site. For the foundation, we use "RM construction (reinforced concrete masonry foundation)" which boasts high seismic resistance. Additionally, compared to RC walls, it has lower heat retention and a quicker temperature drop, contributing to the mitigation of the heat island phenomenon and achieving sustainable urban development.
