We have adopted Shimizu Industries' unique standard die, the "cassette die," in both the press processing and plastic processing fields. 【Overview Details】 <Product Design> ■ After obtaining the customer's product drawings, we aim to digitize the data using CAD terminals while considering VA/VE. ■ Conduct detailed discussions including the specifications of press and mold machinery, the structure of molds through standard design production, and the schedule for handing over the drawings. <Mold Specification Confirmation / Parts Processing> ■ After the arrangement drawing is completed, we will consider yield, determine the size of the mold, and create layout drawings to obtain approval. ■ After approval, we will begin designing the secondary processing parts concurrently with processing. <Mold Adjustment> ■ Check for issues such as mold interference and product dimensions; if there are any problems, feedback will be provided to the mold. ■ Also check the matching between the mold and the standard holder. ■ In the case of cassette-type molds, confirm the fitting between the die set, which is the base of the mold, and the core part. <Trial / Maintenance> ■ Conduct trials after mold adjustments. ■ Regarding maintenance, for parts that are deemed necessary for maintenance during mass production, we will provide special processed items made in-house, in addition to standard purchased parts. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
