Here is a case study on the production of three-layer films for fertilizer bags. We faced a shortage in the supply of two-color films that change the colors of the outer and inner surfaces using three-layer films. It was necessary to print in a way that distinguishes the types of fertilizers and to ensure that the fertilizers could be easily filled. Therefore, we proposed a product that matched the requirements for grip control, printability, and filling suitability. We performed co-extrusion processing of three types of three-layer films, adjusting the film colors to white for the outer surface and black for the inner surface, with precise raw material formulations for each layer.
