Manual gas pressure welding and hot forging gas pressure welding! A global standard backed by overwhelming achievements and trust.
We would like to introduce "Gas Pressure Welding" by Hokuriku Gas Pressure Welding Co., Ltd. It was developed in 1952 by the founder of Hokuriku Gas Pressure Welding. Since then, it has spread nationwide as a strong and reliable method for rebar joints in construction work, and has been in use for nearly 60 years to this day. The ends of the rebar are aligned, and while applying pressure in the axial direction of the rebar, the joint area is heated with an oxygen-acetylene flame, bringing the joint surfaces to a red-hot state without melting them, allowing the clean metal surfaces to adhere closely together, and fusing the atoms for a solid joint. Our company mainly conducts gas pressure welding work for rebar related to civil engineering and construction projects. "Gas pressure welding" involves butting the ends of rebar together, applying pressure in the axial direction of the rebar while heating the joint area with an oxygen-acetylene flame, bringing the joint surfaces to a red-hot state without melting them, ensuring the clean metal surfaces adhere closely, and fusing the atoms of the metal together to create a joint. We have a wealth of experience, particularly in Kanazawa, including projects such as Kanazawa Station, museums, and sports centers.
