Easy and accurate measurement with a strain gauge sensor with a magnetic base!
We would like to introduce a case study of our gap measurement system, 'WISEGAP 2.4', which improves the quality and management processes of vehicle bodies. In response to the concern of wanting to "quickly and quantitatively evaluate door closing (seal gap)," our product installs multiple wireless sensors with a magnetic base on the body side. By simply closing the door, the seal gap measurement is instantly displayed on the PC screen, allowing for a graphical comparison of the error with the design value.
