[Production Example] SUS Thin-Walled Pipe Piping Prototype Parts (for the Housing Equipment Industry)
Due to its round shape, we devised a method for positioning during welding! This is an example of processing with awareness of thickness as well.
I received an order to create a prototype for the welding piping of gas equipment. After developing the prototype and passing the leak test, I also received requests for mass production. The processing material is SUS316, and I used a YAG laser welding machine for the prototype. Due to the round shape, I devised a method for positioning during welding and was mindful of the thickness during processing.
