"Geomet/Dacrotized" is a heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant surface treatment material that is effective in preventing galvanic corrosion. The self-sacrificial protection provided by the metal flakes (zinc) in the Geomet/Dacrotized coating achieves a highly corrosion-resistant film. It has an excellent ability to protect the base material, iron, from rust. Due to its thin film, it also excels in screw compatibility, ensuring good screw fastening. Additionally, conventional surface treatments are weak against heat and cannot exhibit corrosion resistance in high-temperature environments. Our Geomet/Dacrotized coating does not contain crystallization water or organic resins, making it less prone to thermal degradation and able to withstand high temperatures for extended periods.
