We would like to introduce a case study of our improvement proposal for the "mobile platform for placing work-in-progress or processed items." Previously, the platform we used posed a danger as items could slip off when placed on it, and it was necessary to carry it when moving. Therefore, there was room for improvement. To address this, we enclosed the platform with L-angle to prevent slipping, laid down rubber mats for anti-slip measures, reinforced the platform as it was unstable, and added casters for easier mobility.
