[Field Report] Measures for Exhaust Odor Control at Organic Fertilizer Manufacturing Facility (Demonstration Available)

We would like to introduce a case study on the deodorizing effect test of our deodorant (Yume Shota SH200) as a countermeasure against exhaust odors from organic fertilizer manufacturing facilities. For fertilizer manufacturing facilities, odor control is an absolutely essential issue, and there are many knowledgeable individuals who have tried various deodorization methods. As a company specializing in deodorization equipment, we wanted to meet expectations and took on the challenge of a deodorization demonstration test. First, we extended the existing exhaust outlet with an aluminum flexible duct and used a line fan to draw in the odors, installing a deodorization spray box (demo unit) at the suction point.
