[Field Report] Measures for Exhaust Odor in the Facility (Demonstration Available)

A case where we received an evaluation that the deodorization effect indicates a high suitability of the exhaust gas and deodorizing agent! *Deodorizing liquid samples available.

We would like to introduce a case study on the deodorizing effect test of our deodorant (Yume Shota SH200) as a measure against exhaust odors within the facility. Currently, a scrubber-type deodorization system has been installed, but it was reported that satisfactory odor control measures have not been implemented. We received a request for a deodorization demonstration test from a company that is diligently working on odor control. Therefore, we first extended the exhaust from the existing scrubber-type deodorization system using an aluminum flexible duct, and installed a deodorizing spray box (demo unit) at the end of the duct. As a result, we received an evaluation indicating that the deodorization effect observed through odor measurement results and the sensory experience of the deodorant spray showed a high compatibility between the exhaust gas and the deodorant (Yume Shota SH200).
