【Application Fields】 Food containers, automotive parts, industrial products, medical devices, electronic devices, etc. 【Operation】 This nozzle opens due to injection pressure and closes again by the force of a spring. The needle moves coaxially with the body and is normally held in the closed position by the spring's force. In the initial position, the nozzle's orifice is typically closed. The increased pressure of the molten resin acts on the surface of the needle, retracting it at 200 bar, causing the nozzle to open. When the molten resin pressure decreases (≤ 80 bar), the needle advances due to the spring's force, and the nozzle closes. *Please select the nozzle size according to the injection rate (cm3/s). This is a spring-driven needle-type shut-off nozzle. It is used for low-viscosity thermoplastic resins such as PA, PPS, PE, POM, and PP. - Used in a 120t vertical machine It has made it possible to prevent resin leakage, suppress stringing, avoid air entrapment issues, and shorten cycle times (by performing metering and mold opening/closing simultaneously) all at once.
