The needle moves coaxially with the body and is normally held in the closed position by the spring's force. In the initial position, the nozzle's orifice is typically closed. The increased pressure of the molten resin acts on the surface of the needle, retracting it at 200 bar, causing the nozzle to open. When the molten resin pressure decreases (≤ 80 bar), the needle advances due to the spring's force, and the nozzle closes. *Please select the nozzle size according to the injection rate (cm3/s).
