We would like to introduce a case of a flyback transformer with controlled inductance tolerance. In the development of switching power supplies, we received a request to reduce the inductance variation of the flyback transformer and to conduct early practical evaluations of the transformer. Typically, inductance adjustments are made using processed products from ferrite core manufacturers or space materials, but there are challenges regarding delivery times and accuracy. However, our company, which owns grinding processing equipment, has overcome these challenges and was able to provide prototypes in a short time.
