◎Contract Cleaning Services The fluidized bed technology developed in the United States and Europe has undergone unique advancements, particularly establishing a solid position in the cleaning of parts for resin molding machines. Over time, the effectiveness of the cleaning capabilities of the furnace has become evident, leading to the development of excellent equipment used even for cleaning synthetic fiber nozzles (spinnerets). This fluidized bed technology achieves homogeneous fluidization control at low pressure, allowing for the sublimation of adhered resin in a short time and enabling extremely high-level cleaning of synthetic fiber nozzles and shut-off nozzles. Since no tools or abrasives are used, it does not create unnecessary scratches or dents on the interior. Additionally, due to strict temperature control, issues such as hardness reduction do not occur, resulting in safe and high-quality cleaning outcomes. Our company has introduced a high-performance fluidized bed cleaning furnace in-house to begin maintenance of Herzog's shut-off nozzles and to meet the cleaning needs for spinnerets and breaker plates. We recommend that you request cleaning from us as soon as possible before the resin carbonizes. If done before carbonization, it can be easily removed, as shown in the attached photo, allowing for extremely high-level cleaning.

◎Cleaning Example 1 Shut-off Nozzle TSN-1 (with built-in mixing) For our TSN0 and TSN1 type spring shut-off nozzles sold by our company, cleaning, disassembly, inspection, and reassembly can be performed as described below. Since the customer does not perform work with burners or similar equipment, there is no damage to the nozzle, allowing for safe continued use. Please see the attached photo. ◎Cleaning Example 2 Spinlets, nozzles, molds, breaker plates, segment screws, gear pumps, etc. Please send the items with protective purge material filled with resin in the necessary areas as described below. We will directly place them into the equipment and clean only the resin portion. When sending, please use cushioning materials, wooden boxes, etc., to ensure that no damage occurs during transport. *If the amount of cleaning resin is excessive, additional charges may apply.
