This is an automatic press machine based on the SSD1000-ASF, with added and modified feeders. Compared to conventional automatic press machines, it significantly reduces sagging and distortion of products during processing by linking two feeders together. Adjusting the press stroke for each feeding position and changing the feeding pitch in multiple stages is easy, allowing for various punching layouts to be set with a single mold. Since processing can be done with fewer punches, it helps to reduce mold costs.
