The "DMC Method," which received new technology selection and registration from the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's Bureau of Construction on December 13, 2019, is a system device that can be used for construction aimed at the repair and improvement of infrastructure structures, particularly concrete. It allows for the production of only the necessary amount, day or night, ensuring quality equivalent to JIS standard products. Additionally, it can utilize special concrete (ultra-rapid hardening, fiber-reinforced materials, lightweight, and underwater non-segregating) as well as materials after intermediate processing of industrial waste. By enabling the automation of tasks that were previously done manually and allowing for loading onto medium-sized vehicles, this system contributes to solving labor shortages, shortening construction periods, proving quality management, and reducing costs.
