■Surface treatment - Electroless nickel plating (Sankel plating)
Uniform film thickness formation according to shape
This is a plating obtained by immersing a substrate in an aqueous solution containing nickel salts and hypophosphorous acid (reducing agent). The electrons released by the oxidation of the reducing agent transfer to nickel ions, resulting in the deposition of a nickel-phosphorus alloy coating. Unlike conventional electroplating, this process does not rely on electric forces, which is why it is referred to as electroless nickel-phosphorus plating.
