● Ideal for highly accurate laser wavelength measurement. This is a CW laser wavelength meter based on the Michelson interferometer, with an accuracy of up to ±0.2 ppm. It measures the wavelengths of both pulsed and CW lasers with high precision of ±0.0001 nm. It generates interference fringes from the received signals of a high-speed optical detector array. ■ The 671 series covers the visible range to the mid-infrared (MIR) from 375 nm to 12 μm with high wavelength resolution (±0.0001 nm). ■ The 871 series supports both pulsed and CW lasers, with high speed (1 kHz) and high measurement accuracy (±0.2 ppm). *For more details, please download the PDF catalog or contact us.
