However, oil cooling could not keep up with the cooling demands and posed a fire risk, which led to the practical application of water-soluble cutting oils that allow for rapid cooling. Oil-based cutting oils excel in lubricity and penetrability, achieving finishing precision, possessing rust resistance, and being less prone to spoilage. Since its establishment in 1983, Cool Tech has contributed to improving the productivity of manufacturing lines, primarily in the construction machinery industry, through its engineering business. We have received support from numerous customers both domestically and internationally. Utilizing the experience and knowledge cultivated over many years in the engineering business, we will contribute to the development of the metal processing industry through product development that realizes productivity improvements in metal processing and sales through consulting for our customers.
