We would like to introduce a case study of solving our customer's problem. In the process of moving transmissions in the automotive industry several times, the customer was struggling because they had to attach nuts to bolts and then suspend and move them, followed by manual tightening and loosening, which took a significant amount of time and effort. We proposed the "FF type" one-touch coupler hanging hardware that can be connected easily with one touch, tailored to the shape of the bolts used by the customer. As a result, the tasks that were previously done manually could now be moved easily with one touch, significantly reducing the work time, and the customer was very satisfied.
