A certain industrial waste disposal company was considering whether it could sort transparent PP and PE mixed in with the waste after crushing. Therefore, we proposed the use of "SWIRLED," which can utilize the differences in transmittance. As a result, although PP and PE appear the same to the naked eye, using short-wave infrared in addition to visible light has enabled more precise sorting.
