We would like to introduce a demonstration experiment using the robot "SR-UVC" equipped with a sterilization lamp.
As part of our efforts to promote a robot coexisting society in Kanagawa Prefecture, we conducted a demonstration experiment of a UV irradiation robot at "Terrace Mall Shonan" (Fujisawa City, Kanagawa Prefecture / operated by Sumisho Urban Development Co., Ltd.) located in "Kanagawa Robot Town." **Features of the sterilization lamp-equipped robot "SR-UVC":** - The cart is compact in size, making it usable in narrow spaces. - No complicated initial setup is required; it can be operated immediately. - In the case of remote operation, safety can be confirmed visually while operating. - Operation from a dedicated controller is very simple. - By implementing UV irradiation with "SR-UVC" as a primary disinfection method, it is expected to reduce infection risks and the psychological burden on operators.
