Here are some examples of requests we have received from customers. 【Overview】 ■Background A commercially available numeric keypad was being used for the entry and exit system at a construction site, but it received poor reviews in terms of usability and durability, leading to the introduction of a replacement keyboard. ■Key Points of Implementation In the entry and exit system, the keys 3, 5, and 7 on the numeric keypad were designated for entry, exit, and confirmation, respectively. However, this was confusing for users, resulting in frequent misoperations, so shortcut keys were added separately. Labels can be placed inside the transparent keycaps, eliminating the issue of fading text during use.
