Detector for high-speed, time-resolved (ns) radiation power measurement of pulse laser diodes and LEDs.
The "ISD-1.6-SP-Vxx" is a detector for measuring the temporal intensity transition and radiation power of pulse LDs and pulse LEDs. When combined with the optometer "P-9710-2" or "P-9710-4" and a user high-speed oscilloscope, it can determine the absolute peak performance of pulse LDs and pulse LEDs. With a measurement aperture of 7mm (ISD-1.6-SP-V02), it is also suitable for tasks in the field of laser safety. 【Features】 ■ Compact measurement head with a 16mm diameter integrating sphere ■ Si photodiode for time intensity curve and radiation power measurement of nanosecond pulses ■ Measurement range: Peak power 200W (typical value), spectral sensitivity range 400 to 1100nm *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
