"Almin" is a commercial serving board that is resistant to bacterial growth. Made from a composite board of plastic and aluminum, it incorporates an aluminum layer to reduce warping and overcome the weaknesses of traditional serving boards. It is hygienic as it does not absorb water. It is less likely to splinter, reducing the risk of foreign matter contamination in food.
