There was a challenge of wanting to collect dust separately for each powder generated in the work processes. Therefore, we changed from centralized dust collection to individual dust collection (one machine - one collector). We established a separate individual dust collection plan by distinguishing between areas where line changes are possible and those where they are not. By implementing individual dust collection, the airflow velocity within the ducts became consistent, making it less likely for dust to accumulate inside the ducts.
