The products being introduced all use the Thomson type (a mold created by cutting laser grooves into a base wooden board and fitting blades into those grooves)! This case study collection only includes products processed with a clicker (Thomson die-cutting machine, 20t)! ◆ Features of the Clicker This processing method is suitable for products with a small lot number. ◆ Material Size Punching is possible for outer diameters of approximately 60mm and inner diameters of approximately 40mm. ◆ Materials (Punchable Thickness) Rubber: up to about 5t Sponge: up to about 50-60t Joint sheet: up to about 3t Resin: PTFE up to about 3t PET, POM up to about 0.5t PE-L up to about 2t PE-H up to about 3t *Other various materials can also be processed!
