We would like to introduce the various "Quality Assurance Systems" of Nakayama Precision. The "In-Process Inspection System" involves the operator measuring the products processed at each stage and recording the measurement values in the in-process inspection sheet. We thoroughly implement in-process inspections to ensure that defective products are not sent to the next stage. Additionally, in the "Improvement Activity System," we hold an improvement committee once a month, separate from regular meetings, aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction, reducing man-hours, minimizing errors, and improving yield.
