<Usage Instructions> [Rivet Punching] 1. Punch from the head of the rivet in the opposite direction to the usual method. 2. Use the lining hole as a guide and punch at a right angle to the rivet head. 3. There is no influence from misalignment or tilting of the rivet fastening part. 4. No scratches will be made on the brake shoe hole. 5. With simple operation, one rivet can be removed in about two seconds. [Rivet Fastening] 1. Preparation: Replace the BS rivet tool attachment with the riveting punch and riveting die, and insert the rivet into the brake shoe and lining. (No tape fastening is required.) 2. Start Operation: Insert the riveting die into the lining hole, press the trigger switch, and guide the tip hole of the riveting punch to the tip of the rivet. 3. Close Contact of Brake Shoe and Lining: The spring built into the riveting punch ensures that the rivet head is in close contact with the lining and brake shoe before fastening. 4. Secure Fastening: The rivet is kept vertical to the brake shoe and is fastened into a tapered shape while remaining in close contact.

Insert the tip of the down guide of the punching set into the rivet hole of the brake liner, keeping the rivet body almost horizontal. Operate the trigger switch to guide the push die to the center position of the rivet on the inner surface of the brake shoe, and then punch it. When you release the switch, the push die will return, completing the punching of the rivet.

Insert the riveting die into the outer hole of the brake liner, keeping the riveting body nearly horizontal. Operate the trigger switch to guide the tip of the rivet into the hole at the tip of the riveting punch, and then crimp it as is. When you release the switch, the riveting punch will return, completing the crimping process.
