Case study of the implementation of a student ID and employee ID management system using PSS (Photo Scan System) for universities and public institutions!

When the operator was scanning student ID cards, qualification certificates, and photos for facial recognition, they were setting each one individually into the scanner, which was time-consuming and costly. By setting several dozen photo mounts together in an ADF scanner for continuous scanning, we were able to capture images of the photos and the OCR sections, temporarily saving the photos with the file names. Once the reading of the mounted sheets was completed, we displayed the temporarily saved photos to verify if the file names were correct before final saving, allowing us to scan about 30 photos in just a few seconds, significantly reducing the time required.
