[Case Study] Predictive Detection of Filter Replacement Using Dust Monitors

Install a dust monitor and monitor dust concentration in real-time! Predict the appropriate threshold for exhaust leaks!

There was a challenge of wanting to eliminate the risk of dust leakage from the dust collector's exhaust. In response, we calculated the predicted values during exhaust leakage by comparing exhaust concentration measurement values with relative values from the dust monitor. We implemented concentration display using a touch panel and recorded and saved the data obtained from the dust monitor.
