Problem There are few services that provide knowledge and skills applicable on-site. There is a shortage of manpower on-site. Request We want to establish a service that allows practical knowledge and skills to be acquired through video training by experienced personnel, and to build a system that leads to the improvement of each individual's abilities. Solution We developed a subscription-based educational video distribution service system and portal site, featuring training videos by experienced personnel. Members can freely view the uploaded videos and manage their learning efficiently through a personal page. The uploading and management of videos, as well as various analyses, were programmed to be possible with different permissions from the members.
